my 1st day, not exactly started working yet just training and stuff. haha. but i'm still glad tat i've manage to go through it with as little mistakes as possible. lol. Anyway, my specialty will be handling cold beverages or anything that need to be blended. kinda nervous also of the upcoming opening day of the cafe.. i believe we all are especially my taukeneo, Sharon. hehe. n Gosh, there will only be two persons in the kitchen and three outside!!! Really hope that we'll have enough hands.

what if,
knocking ur head three times on the extending plates placer just above the kitchen sink...
sneeze for three times in front of customer...
closing the lid of the ice box on top of ur left thumb...
broke a plate...
and finally pour some hot water on the left thumb and the finger next to it????
yup, believe it o not..
it all happen to me in the one day time!!!!
plus i'd almost work for 14 hours on Christmas day kok.
Am there at 745am - 1115pm. lol.
Very tiring bt it's exciting in some sort of sense as well. Like i've to keep on improving my speed when preparing drinks/beverages, how to take orders and so on... haha. Maybe you can come over when you are back in kuching and taste the drinks i've made and leave me some of ur comments??? yea~ that would be nice. As the saying goes, there's always room for improvement.

i've gotten a lot faster than before when trying to prepare drinks and serve them in time.
that's good news i guess... but personally i think thats not good enough. Well, you see, some of the recipe for the drinks are not completed yet. So me and ChinFang have to try do them one at a time in order to get the right taste. Haha.
You know basically i have to work more than 12hrs every days.
now work until siao ki...
Can't even spent New Year Countdown with my sumone. lol. Sickening leh? haha.
Ohya... today ......'s hp got stolen by one customer. He came in saying he wanted Kaya Toast so me and Ah Fang, went into the kitchen to help Taukeneo out. That left just .... and that guy. Well, he's very sly cos he ask for cola Ice tapau and ..... have to left the counter in order to get him the plastic cup with ice, plastic bag and coke. I think thats the time when he took advantage and stole ...'s hp which was on the counter. When .... got back he paid for the kaya toast and coke and then told ... he'll go down to park his car and come back up again... and that's the last we've seen of him. What have you got to say bout that?
Oh well, tiring as it is i strongly believe that this is a good chance for me to learn to control my temper, discipline, and brush up my social skill as well. So i'm gona try it out for one month 1st then think it over, decide whether it's worth it or not lar~.. haha.
2moro i'm not gona be at home for almost whole day and will only be there at 1sumtg AM of the year 2008!!! so i'm gona wish ya a Happy New Year 1st.

yup, that's basically all of it.haha.
Yesterday, I sang three songs in conjunction with the new year party the cafe was holding. Then countdown and drank one glass of wine as well. kinda enjoyed myself but felt a bit pity cos i miss the fun of looking at the parade that went past green road. Got home around 1sumtg am like that. Man, i'm real sleepy.... can't really drink wine but i do like it. hehe.Urm, also kinda pity cos u miss tthe scene where me and chinfang prepared the drinks in the dark with only the guiding lights of several handphones. We had a full 5minutes blackout. funny.not only that also got one situation where i lose my temper a bit when i tried to make ice lemon tea.I'm pretty sure i had correctly followed the recipes but somehow the taste wasn't correct. so i threw the whole thing away and tried to make a new one. The result? haha. Yup still the same, very tea~eee flavour so i tried to add some more sugar syrup but it turns out the same. then 2 more and 3 more. Out of the blue something just click in my mind and i quickly went to taste the liquid that i'd thought was sugar syrup all along and "HollyGawd" it's just plain water!!!!!!!! and yea~ that's when i lost my sense for a few seconds and raising my voice and sarcastically saying,
"and Whose the GENIUS that told me that this is Sugar SYRUP?!?!?"
then my tauke neo said,
" you yin pok ark lor. Kiang arr." [kerk hua].
meaning "got someone lost his temper lor.. scary arr". LoL. that pretty much got me to shut up. ahiaks.
